MERCH STORE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

 

TURNAROUND TIME: Our average turnaround is 2 weeks on apparel items, after quote approval or merch store close date. (these exclude shipping times).

 

 

DESIGN PLACEMENT: Due to the fact we use human employees and we are printing on a movable, stretchable surface, the print could be slightly shifted to a half inch (.5″) in any direction.

 

 

REFUNDS or EXCHANGES: Since our orders are custom-made for you, we can’t accept returns or exchanges. unless there was a clear error on our part during printing. We do not offer exchanges for sizing and dissatisfaction with colors. Please be sure to inform your group of this policy before placing an order.

 

 

COLOR DIFFERENCES: Due to monitor adjustments, the proofs you receive and the actual product you receive may vary slightly in color. We aren’t responsible for color mismatching due to this.

SPECIALTY PRINT WASHIN: When caring for garments printed with specialty inks (puff, glitter, discharge, foil) we recommend the following- Do not dry clean, wash inside out, wash is cold or warm water, do not tumble dry, use mild detergent NO fabric softener, do not iron on print.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSABLE FOR ORDES LOST DURING YOUR DISTRIBUTION: We recommend assigning a responsible person to help distribute your orders. We double count everything prior to sending your order, to ensure all items are accounted for. 

ONLINE STORES HAVE A 12 PIECE MINIMUM, PER DESIGN: Each design can share a maximum of 3 products. If your store does not reach 24 items by the close date, we will immediately cancel the order and refund your customers. 

STORE REOPENS FOLLOW THE SAME GUIDELINES FOR MINIMUM ORDERS: If you choose to reopen your online store, the new orders will operate independently of the original order. This means you must sell a minimum of 12 items via your most recent online store opening. 

CANCELLATIONS AND LATE ORDERS ARE NOT PERMITTED ONCE STORE CLOSES: In order to get the products you’ve designed into your customers hands as soon as possible, production beings as soon as online stores close.  That said, we are unable to accept cancellations and late orders once the online store closes. 

ONLINE STORES INCLUDE A $1-2 FEE PER PRODUCT FOR BAGGING AND TAGGING: Due to the complexity of online stores, all orders must be bagged and tagged. This means we will package and label your orders with the customer’s information for easy distribution.
